These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 202 pub platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 202 pub. By accessing the 202 pub platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as by any additional terms, policies, and guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the 202 pub platform — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 202 pub with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the 202 pub platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal information, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 10. 202 pub monitors account activity and uses automated detection systems to identify multi-accounting. Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address. This information must match your government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure without notice and forfeiture of any Balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 202 pub immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. 202 pub will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 202 pub customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed under suspicion of fraud or Prohibited Conduct will not receive a Balance refund pending investigation.
202 pub is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, PAGCOR licensing requirements, and internal fraud prevention policies. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed, and 202 pub may require re-verification at any time.

202 pub may additionally request proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence not older than three months) and/or proof of payment method (e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number) where required by AML assessment protocols.
202 pub currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and approved debit and credit cards. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at 202 pub's discretion. The availability of specific methods may vary by region or account type.
The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). All amounts on the 202 pub platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for specific promotional events.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the originating account and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 202 pub Account balance instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 15–30 minutes to process. 202 pub is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor outages or banking system maintenance periods.
The 202 pub platform operates in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the originating payment provider, and any foreign exchange fees are borne by the User.
Withdrawals may only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Accounts will be held pending verification completion. It is strongly recommended that all Users complete KYC verification immediately upon registration to avoid processing delays when withdrawing winnings.
Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment account registered in the same name as the 202 pub Account holder, and only to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit (where applicable). Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within five minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos). Requests below this amount will be declined and returned to the Account Balance.
202 pub reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request pending additional verification review, fraud detection, or AML assessment. Players will be notified of any hold and the expected resolution timeframe. 202 pub aims to resolve all withdrawal holds within 48 hours of initiation.
Where a withdrawal request is made while Bonus Funds or wagering requirements remain active, the applicable bonus terms will govern whether a partial or full withdrawal is permitted. In some cases, a withdrawal request will forfeit any outstanding Bonus Funds. Please review individual promotion terms before requesting a withdrawal.
All promotional offers available at 202 pub — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards — are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions that will be published alongside each specific offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and an individual promotion's terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for that specific offer.
Most Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on restricted games or at stakes outside the eligible range will not count toward wagering requirement completion.
202 pub monitors all Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: taking advantage of promotions through multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies across bonus-active accounts, and systematic exploitation of wagering requirement mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.
202 pub reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a User's Account in good faith under the original promotion terms.
Each game available on the 202 pub platform is governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or help section. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round, 202 pub will review the relevant logs and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with its malfunction policy.
If your connection is interrupted during an active game round, 202 pub's servers will continue to process the round in accordance with the applicable game rules and the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Reconnecting to the platform will display the outcome of any completed rounds. 202 pub is not liable for losses resulting from connection interruptions on the User's side.
Each game and table on the 202 pub platform carries minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. 202 pub may adjust global or individual account betting limits at its discretion, including temporarily reducing limits in response to account risk assessments. VIP account holders may be eligible for enhanced limits as part of their VIP tier benefits.
In the event of an error — including display errors, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes — 202 pub reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts. Where a game error has resulted in an overpayment of winnings, 202 pub reserves the right to recover such amounts from the Account Balance or future winnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 202 pub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of access — arising from your use of or inability to use the 202 pub platform.
202 pub's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
202 pub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your device and network. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money placed as Wagers, and 202 pub is not responsible for your gambling losses.
202 pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable implementing regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of 202 pub services.
202 pub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendments are required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 202 pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms — including any question regarding their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
